Indian Icon Award is completely based on the true skills and knowledge of individuals so you don't need to pay for an award. Meanwhile, the delegate fee will be charged for the benefits and promotions that we are giving to the awardees once their profiles have been shortlisted. 

The selection process of awardees is pre-defined and one among them is the marking system. It is based on the profile, verification call, skills, efficiency and achievements they did. So, we consider the nominee as an awardee, if they score 350/500.
