I am Boddupally Rajukumar – Chandur, Nalgonda, Telangana, India.

My Education Qualification is an MBA specialization in Industrial Security and Safety Risk Manage I am currently working at India's topmost No 01 central autonomous educational center IIMA- Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Gujarat as Manager Security from March 2024.

My earnings and life career were started as a Black Smith worker from 1999 to 2006 under my father Laxminarasaiha, daily my legs and body had small burnings, babuls, scratches, fire incidents, injuries, accidents, and incidents.

I was realized After 07 years and thinking about a Safe and Secure Income Job and life, unexpectedly started my security career in 2006 as a Security Guard at Hyderabad in G4S, my first month salary 1450 INR, and I learned a lot more subjects knowledge here about the Security and Safety Management.

I then started my career growth as Assistant Security Officer in Sreenidhi International School, Hyderabad from 2008 to 2013 under Colonel Catochi and Captain Balaraj Dora.

Then as a Senior Executive to Assistant Manager of South India's topmost No. 01 Dairy Industry in Heritage Foods Limited from 2013 to 2022, at a time 07 Industrial plants security and safety handled without major incidents and issues.

Next as a Security Officer at India's Topmost No. 01 Private University at NMIMS – Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Deemed to be University), Hyderabad from 2022 to 2024.

My career started extremely from ground level to High-level positions, from Security guard to supervisor to Assistant Security Officer to Senior Executive to Assistant Manager to Security Officer and Now Manager Security at IIM Ahmedabad.

Thanks to recognizing me and my career growth from Security Guard to Manager Security, I was nominated and selected for the Indian Icon Support (Security and Safety) Department of the Year 2024-2025 award.
