Biography – Rituraj Kumar Singh

Rituraj Kumar Singh is a dynamic and accomplished Civil Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP®) with nearly a decade of experience in delivering large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects across India. Currently serving as Manager – Civil at Reliance Industries Limited, he has consistently demonstrated a sharp aptitude for executing complex projects with precision, strategic foresight, and a commitment to excellence.

Over his career, Rituraj has successfully led major undertakings including petrochemical expansions, thermal power plants, and carbon black manufacturing facilities—some with project values exceeding ?1,000 crores. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of construction management functions such as site supervision, plant maintenance, cost control, quantity estimation, planning and scheduling, vendor coordination, billing, and quality assurance.

His technical prowess is supported by a solid academic background, including an M.Tech in Construction Technology and Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from MIT Pune, and a PGP in Strategic Management from Symbiosis. He is proficient in industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6, AutoCAD, SAP Hana, and the MS Office Suite, which enhance his efficiency in project planning and execution.

Rituraj’s dedication to his craft and leadership in the field were nationally recognized when he was honoured with the Indian Icon Award by The Herald India. On receiving this prestigious award, he shared:
